let a and b be the zeroes of polynomial so a/b=3/2
=> 2a=3b
sum of roots = a+b=5b/2=k
product of roots =a*b= 3b^2/2 =6
=> b=2 or -2
k=5*2/2 or 5*-2/2
k = 5 or -5
