Heya !!!

Let Alpha be a one zero of the given polynomial.

Then other zero will be 1/Alpha

P(X) = X² - PX - Q

Here,

A = 1 , B = -P and C = -Q

Product of zero = C/A

Alpha × 1/Alpha = -Q/1

1 = -Q

Q = -1

Hence,

Value of Q is -1
