Answer:

Given,

For 1st liquid, mass = m and density = d1

For 2nd liquid, mass = m and density = d2

Total volume of the mixture = m(1/d1 + 1/d2)

When both are mixed, the density of the mixture will be

= 2m / (m(1/d1 + 1/d2)) = [2d1d2/(d1 +d2)]

Answer:

2m/ (m(1/d1+1/d2) = 2d1d2/(d1+d2)
