If there are 999 bases in an RNA molecule that codes for a protein with 333 amino acids, and the base at position 901 deleted such that the length of the RNA molecule becomes 998 bases, how many codons will be altered?

Actually I want to know about the CONCEPT AND PROCEDURES to solve the problem. I need the FULL process. . . . . . if you give me the reply of my question I will be highly appreciated. . . . . . . . . . . . . .
