If there is a gravitational pull between two persons then why they are not getting closer to each other

of course there is a gravitational force exerted by us.But that can't pull another person towards us. You may have got this doubt because u think that why only the planets can exert such a gravitational pull. It's not like that, The celestial bodies are too big in masses so the gravitational waves can pull the other masses.
but the mass and size of a human is not capable of exerting such a great gravitational waves to pull each other. Thank science for this,or else we would have been stuck together. lol.
