if there is a one volt potential difference between two parallel capacitor plates then what will be the charge on one plate?

Is this question right?
Or
value of charge depends upon medium between them which may vary due to medium to achieve a potential difference of one volt.
But if there is a vacuum b/w plates then what will be charge on one plate.
Please give the answer Consciously!
