19 - 12 plus 2b then, 2b - 7 then, b- 7/2 - 3.5

so
length is given 6
let breadth be b
now
perimeter of rectangle =2 (l+b)
19=2(6+b)
19=12+2b
19-12=2b
7=2b
7/2=b
3.5=b
so breadth is 3.5
