I haven’t much experience as some of my friends who already answered it might have but I would do unfair with my soul if I feel lazy in describing it. I have spent most of my life in village so I’m aware of basic facilities which needed the most to be done. The first thing which comes in my mind right after these types of questions is “lack of education.” Why isn’t government so keen in improving the qualities of education being provided in government school? Why isn’t there anyone to inspect whether Healthcare services are working perfectly or not? Why can’t the better provision be made for villagers to approach higher ranked officers in case they have any complaint?

I think the biggest problem is lack of education. A person belonging to village lack basic knowledge whether it’s about farming, law or social behavior. In case of farmers they are cultivating their land by spraying pesticides occasionally without testing the actual requirement whether it’s actually needed for the crop or not. This increases the cost of productivity and hence sometime their input capital becomes greater than what they earn from the crops.
Though government has initiated to help them through helpline no. but there hardly would exists any village which would have availed its benefit. This is only because they are mostly illiterate and very shy to talk over phone stating themselves as a farmer or they assume it previously that they are not going to understand what advisers might instruct to them. I’m not stating this approach of govt. as ineffective but to be more effective they must approach each village individually. They should start teaching about each pesticide and their effects. A person can be hired for group of villages whose work is to instruct each and every person whenever any suggestion anyone would need. The hired person should also instruct them to sell their crops at right time to have better profit.

Condition of education is very miserable all over India. I don’t have any words when it comes to describe about Bihar. Moreover 67% students failed in intermediate board this year conducted by Bihar Board Education Council. Most of the students who come in the list of 67% are from villages because they don’t afford to get private tuition. Primary govt. schools are getting worst day by day. This failure is mostly because they don’t get sufficient knowledge in their primary school so to do well when there is sudden increase in load after they get enrolled in colleges. Selection criteria of teachers should be modified and profile of each teacher with complete details of their qualification should be provided on the internet. A provision for feedback should be created annually where students are asked to keep their opinion. If the feedback goes against any teacher then strict action should be taken. Warning should be given to that teacher and if needed he/she should be expelled. Doing these things will perhaps make them feel risky in case they are consistently being absent or are unwilling to teach.

Condition of Healthcare services is so pathetic that no one ever wants to see the gate of hospital once the checkup is done. Doctors are available only few days in a week which results in bunch of patients. It is usually needed to reach hospital in the morning and stay in line till the evening even for small disease. Some corrupt guards and other official use to sell medicine to nearby private retailers. This can only be improved if proper investigation be done to each hospital.

Police officers in these villages feel like king and there is no one to argue with them. Villagers being unaware about any law are frightened with these officers. In many cases officers are seen demanding money to file a case. Even after filing case proper investigation is not done and case goes in favor of person who either has strong connection with officers or has provided them good money.

Hope this will help you..

1) transport them to another village
2) give them sufficient food.

if the government is too late helping them.
then we could help them in the following ways.

1) send red cross if it becomes hard to help them.
2)send helicopters with food to transport it to people who are In high grounds.
3)help the others who are In critical condition with medical .
4)send NCC cadets to save who got stuck in th e flood.
5)after few days transport everyone in the village who are ill to another village.
6)retreat...
