Most of the time, speaker names are already given but in some cases it's not, in this case you can simply denote them as Speaker1, Speaker2, Speaker3 and so on..........

If you still want to give names to speakers, you can give them but before starting the writing (I mean creative writing story/dialogue or whatever it is), do introduce them.
