If there is no friction than the person cannot walk ?

yes due to frictional force we are able to walk . If their is no friction then we cant grip the floor and unable to work as we will skid or slip over the surface.

Friction is the opposite force exerted on the body. A person cannot walk if there is no friction exerted between the sole and the floor. It keeps us moving the direction we want to move. It will be extremely difficult to walk in a smooth and slippery floor because of the less friction present in it.
