If there is no life in this universe then how can one feel existance of universe? What is space and how it is? How life come to its existance and humans started to feel this universe? If life ends will we come to this universe again?

Yes, there is life in universe. For only the lack of suitable places the life could not exist. There is life in the universe to prove this, the earth is the greatest example. There is a number of microbes and viruses present in the universe which are the base of the lives. Earth is the only place which is suitable for the existance of lives, which contains all the constituents which are necessary for the lives so, there is the existance of living organisms of different categories in the earth.
