I would think about riding a fast animal such as cheetah to reach a place quickly !

Hot air balloon can be used but it is very dangerous due to the fierce winds and storms that blow over the oceans.
An airship might be a better option but there are no airships anymore.
A streamer can be used for traveling overseas in absence of planes and ships.
