If there will be no resistor in a circuit and the wires will be simply joined ,an ammeter is also there, will the current flow through the circuit and get detected by ammeter?

yes it is detected by ammeter if we set it in series

Yes, Ammeter will show the flow of current in the circuit since the circuit is closed.
