No, of course not! Even if the issue of inequality is curbed, there are a lot more issues we need to take care of, like injustice, lack of freedom, poverty, unemployment, climate change, brain drain, internal and external aggression, world peace etc. So development would never stop. If it does happen, the society would stop functioning and we would cease to exist.
