We have,

∠POA = 2x°

∠DOQ = 3x - 10°

∠COB = 4x - 17°

Now,

∠POA + ∠AOD + ∠DOQ = 180° [∵ Angles on a straight line add up to 180°]

2x + ∠AOD + 3x - 10 = 180 ---(1)

Also note that,

∠AOD = ∠COB [∵ Vertically opposite angles ]

∴ ∠AOD = 4x - 17 ---(2)

Put (2) in (1),

⇒ 2x + 4x - 17 + 3x - 10 = 180

⇒ 2x + 4x + 3x - 17 - 10 = 180

⇒ 9x - 27 = 180

⇒ 9x = 180 + 27

⇒ 9x = 207

⇒ x = \frac{207}{9}

⇒ x = 23°
