HELLO DEAR,

theta=45°
we know that:-

sec45°= √2

cosec45°=√2
2 { \sec }^{2} 45 + 3 { \cosec }^{2} 45 \\  =  > 2 \times  { (\sqrt{2}) }^{2}  + 3 \times   { \sqrt{2} }^{2}  \\  =  > 2 \times 2 + 3 \times 2 \\  =  > 4 + 6 = 10
