This condition is known as Pneumothorax, it is the condition when air enters between the chest wall and lungs (pleural space)as air

builds up , pressure inside the pleural space increases and this leads to lung collapse . The pressure also prevents the lungs from expanding when you try ito inhale , this causes chest pain and shortness of breath.
