let all the ratio be x

BY ANGLE SUM PROPERTY OF TRIANGLE

A + B + C = 180°

2x + 3x + 10x = 180°

15x = 180°

x = 180/15

x = 12°

2x = 2 × 12 = 24°

3x = 3 × 12 = 36°

10x = 10 × 12 = 120°

HENCE , SMALLEST ANGLE US 24°
