When we toss three coins simultaneously then the possible of outcomes are: (HHH) or (HHT) or (HTH) or (THH) or (HTT) or (THT) or (TTH) or (TTT)
Total number of outcomes =8
Probability of
atleast 1 head = 7/8
atmost 1 head= 3/8

kushagra52: is it right
ananyadavpkt: Sorry the second part
ananyadavpkt: Is wrong it will 4/8
kushagra52: how
kushagra52: tmost means 1 or less
ananyadavpkt: At most means it should be 1 to the greatest not more than that
kushagra52: but the probability should be 3/8 (HTT,THT,TTH)

WHEN THREE COINS ARE TOSSED SIMULTANEOUSLY, THEN ALL POSSIBLE OUTCOMES ARE,

HHH,HHT,HTH,THH,HTT,THT,TTH,TTT

TOTAL NUMBER OF POSSIBLE OUTCOMES = 8.

(1) FAVOURABLE OUTCOMES = 6

P(E) GETTING AT LEAST ONE HEAD = FAVOURABLE OUTCOMES/POSSIBLE OUTCOMES.

= 6/8 = 3/4 ANS

(2) FAVOURABLE OUTCOMES = 4

P(E) GETTING AT MOST 1 HEAD = FAVOURABLE OUTCOMES/ POSSIBLE OUTCOMES = 4/8 = 1/2

ananyadavpkt: It is wrong
ananyadavpkt: At least 1 means means 1 or more
