Let the numbers be 2x , 3x and 5x

It is given that tice of their sum is 1000

means: 2 (2x+3x+5x)= 100

2* 10x =100

10x = 100/2

10x = 50

x = 50/10

x= 5

The largest among the three will be 5x = 5* 5 =25

square of 25 = 625
