If tn denotes the nth term of the series 2+3+6+11+18+….. Then t50 is. =(02+2)+(12+2)+(22+2)+(32+2)+… Hence, t50=492+2.

Answer:

The value of n= 41.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: tn denotes nth  term of an A.P and  tn = 55; a = 3  and d = 1.3.

To find the value of n.

We know that nth term of an A.P is given by:

a_{n}=a+(n-1)d

Substituting all values we get:

55=3+(n-1)(1.3)

52 = (n-1)1.3

40=n-1

 41=n

Hence, the value of n is 41.
