l + r = 32cm---------(1)
TSA of cone = 224πcm².
or, πr(l+r)= 224πcm².
=> πr×32cm = 224πcm². [ By(1) ]
= 32πrcm = 224πcm²
= r = 224cm²/32cm
=> r = 7cm.
from (1) , we get
l +7 = 32
=> l = 25
h = √l²- r²
=> h = √(25)² - (7)²
= √625-49
= √576
= h = ± 24
Now,
Volume of cone = 1/3πr²h
=> 1/3× 22/7 × 7×7×24cm³
= 22 × 7×8
= 1232 cm³
