Step-by-step explanation:

Total surface area of a cube

= 6a²

According to the question,

=> 6a² = 1014

=> a² = 1014/6

=> a² = 169

=> a = √169

=> a = 13cm

Then,

Lateral surface area :-

= 4a²

= 4(13)²

= 4(169)

= 676cm²

And also,

The diagonal :-

= ³√a

= ³√676

= 22.52cm(approx.)

Ans:- Given:-

Total surface area of cube = 1014cm²

To find,

Curved surface area and diagonal.

Solution:-

=> T.S.A of cube = 6×(side)²

=> 1014 = 6×(side)²

=> (side)² = 169

=> side = √169 = 13

Now,

=> C.S.A of cube = 4×(side)²

=> C.S.A of cube = 4×(13)²

=> C.S.A of cube = 4×169

=> C.S.A of cube = 676

Now,

The main diagonal of cube

=> √3a

=> 1.732×13

=> 22.516 cm

here is your answer

hope it will help you
