If transpiration not occur in plant then what will be happen

if transpirtion stops completely the uptake of water will be disturbed resulting wilting in plants which may lead to the death of the plants. Transpiration is important as it regulates the temperature of the leaf to prevent it wilting

• The upward movement of water & minerals will be difficult.
• The cells will burst out due to excessive presence of water.
• The temperature of the plant will not be regulated properly.
