There are weak spots on earth as far as oxygen supply is concerned. This is because of little or no vegetation there. Deserts, high hills caves densely populated cities etc are examples.
Like weak spots, many strong spots also exist at other places. The examples are forests and green belts. The environment above is a mix of all that is existing on earth at large. The deficiency of one place is thus compensated by the excess O2 of another place, if not fully partially atl least.
Also, there is large vegetation on earth seen to expert eyes only. Examples are green algae, moshe, sea weeds, small xerophytic desert plants and like. This vegetation is equally important for the purpose but goes unnoticed by common man. Some desert vegetation like snake plants are extra efficient in O2 production. Overall O2 requirements of all living beings including those staying at weak spots is thus taken care off.
That is why it is said that nature is great.

Most of the deserts are covered by shrubs and cacti which are not thick as forest tress but provide large amount of oxygen.
