If triangle ABC and triangle DEF are similar such that 3AB =DE and BC=6cm then EF is ???​

As,  \: triangle \:  ABC  \: and  \: DEF  \: are  \: similar .....   \\ \: and  \: DE = 2AB \:  and  \: BC = 8 cm ......... \\ </p><p> \\ </p><p>then  \: according  \: to \:  sides \:  theorem :- \\ </p><p></p><p> \frac{AB}{DE} =   \frac{BC}{EF} \\ </p><p></p><p> = &gt;  \frac{AB}{2AB}  =  \frac{BC}{EF} .......... [as DE = 2AB] \\  \\ </p><p></p><p> = &gt;  \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{BC}{EF} \\ </p><p></p><p> = &gt; EF = 2BC \\ </p><p></p><p> = &gt; EF = 2  \times  8 = 16 cm .........(ans) ... \\  \\ </p><p></p><p>Hope \:  this \:  helps !!
