if triangle XYZ is similar to triangle PQR then YZ/PQ = XY/QR...is it correct ? suppose your answer

Given :  triangle XYZ is similar to triangle PQR

ΔXYZ ≈ ΔPQR

To Find :  YZ/PQ = XY/QR  is correct or not

Solution:

ΔXYZ ≈ ΔPQR

In similar triangles corresponding sides have same ration

XY  corresponds to PQ

YZ corresponds to  QR

XZ corresponds to  PR

=> XY/PQ  = YZ/QR  = XZ/PR

=> XY * QR  = PQ * YZ

but its given here  YZ/PQ = XY/QR   which is incorrect

YZ/PQ = XY/QR is not correct
