ar(∆ABC)/arDEF=BC^2/EF^2

80/ar(∆DEF)=4^2/5^2

80/ar∆DEF=16/25

ar∆DEF=(25×80)/16=25×5=125sq.cm

we know that ratio of area of two similar triangles is equal to ratio of square of their corresponding sides.
