sum of adjacent angles of parallelogram=180°
∴(10y - 9)° + (8y +45)° =180°
or, (8y +36)° =180°
or,y= 144°÷8
      = 18°
now you can do it

Let angle P= 10y-9 and angle Q=8y+45,

We know that,
  In parallelogram opposite sides are parallel,

  Also,       angle p + angle Q = 180  ( co-interior angle)

              (10y-9 )+(8y+45,)=180

               10y-9+8y+45= 180

                18y + 36 =180

                 y=180-36/ 18

                  y=8
                 angle P= 10.8-9
                            p= 71 degree

                            angle R=71     (opp. angle r =)
                 angle Q=8.8-45
                               =19
                            angle S= 19 degree   (say)
