Side 1 (l)of rectangle- 5x2 + 25xy +4y2

side 2 (b) of rectangle- 2x2 - 2xy +3y2

area of rectangle - l * b

AREA = 5x2 + 25xy +4y2 * 2x2 - 2xy +3y2

= 10x4 - 10x3y + 3x2y2 + 50x3y - 50x2y2 + 75xy3 + 8x2y2- 8xy3 + 12y4

= 10x4 + 12y4 + 40x3y + 68xy3 - 39x2y2
