If two angles are complementry and one angle is 50 more then the other angle then find the angles

Let the angles be x and y

Since x and y are complementary , x + y = 90 degrees

x = 50 degrees

—> 50 + y = 90 degrees

y = 90 - 50

Hence, y = 40 degrees

So the other angle is 40 degrees
