The addition of supplementary angles is 180°.
let 1st angle be x ,
then second angle is 4x + 5°
Hence,
(4x+5°)+x=180°
5x+5° =180°
5x=180°-5°
5x=175°
x=175/5
x=35°
Therefore,
1st angle = x
=35°
2nd angle=4x+5°
=4*35+5°
=145°
