Let one angle be x

2nd angle= 4x+5

Therefore,by the condition

X+ 4x +5= 180(since they are supplementary)

5x+ 5= 180

5x=180-5

= 175

Therefore x= 175÷5

= 35

Therefore 1st angle= x=35degree

2nd angle = 4x+5= 4×35+5=140+5=145 degree

HIII MATE!!!!

When the sum of 2 angles is 180° then it's supplementary angles.

Let the first angle be x

Let the second angle be 5+4x

Now ATQ,

x + 5 + 4x = 180

5x + 5 = 180

5x = 180 - 5

5x = 175

x = 175 \div 5

x = 35

THEREFORE,

1st ANGLE=x=35°

2nd ANGLE=5+4x=5+4×35=145°

THANKS

I THINK IT HELPS....
