Momentum is given by the formula, p=mv
Let mass of heavier 1st body be m1
Mass of secound lighter body be m2
Since given both have equal kinetic energy
1/2(m1×v1²)=1/2(m2×v2²)
M1×v1²=m2×v2²
Since m1>m2
V1<v2
M1/m2 =v1/v2
Hence both the body have equal momentum
