If a negatively charged rubber rod isbrought near to another negativelycharged rod, they will move apart as they repel each other. If a positivelycharged rod is brought close to a negatively charged rod, they will pull together as they attract each other.....
thus we can conclude that if both the rods are charged they will repel each other ...
