If two complementary angles are in ratio 7:2 then find the angles

Hi!!!!

The two complementary angles are in the ratio of 7:2

Sum of the ratios=7+2=9

1st angle => 7/9 x 90=70

2nd angle => 2/9 x 90=20

Angles are in ratio - 7:2

One angle = 7x
Second angle = 2x

Complementary angles are the angles who sum is 90°

So,

7x + 2x = 90
9x= 90
x= 90/9
x= 10

One angle = 7 × 10 = 70
Second angle = 2×10= 20
