if two complementary angles are such that 2 times the measure of 1 is equal to 3 times the measure of the Other find the measure of the larger angle

let x be one angle and y be the other

x + y = 90(since they are complementary)
also, 
2x=3y
=>x=3y/2
therefore,
3y/2 + y = 90
=>y = 36
x = 54

let one angke be x then other will be 90-x
then 2x=3(90-x) on solving x=54
