Hey Mate

Here is your answer

According to the question , instead of thinking in mathematical terms we can try to visualise through shapes when two triangles join they form a square.

So , For example

3 is a triangular number and 6 is a triangular number when they join we get 9 which is a square number.

Please refer the attachment for the drawing.

You may try any consecutive triangular numbers but when added will give only a square number and nothing else.

Hope it helps

Cheers!!
