If two different places have identical longitudes what will be the time of that two place

As others have said, no. To be clearer: time depends on time zones, not longitude, and the relationship between the two is not very strong. And of course, countries don’t have “longitudes”: they have a range of longitudes, sometimes so big (Russia, China, USA, Australia) that they span multiple time zones.
