We know that Coulombs Force = {9 × 10^9 × q(1) × q(2) }/r^2

here q(1) = q(2) = -1.6 × 10^-19 and r = 0.5 × 10^-10

substituting we get F = 46.06 × 10^-19N

Mass of Electron = M = 9.1 × 10^-31kg

Ratio of Coulomb Force to the Mass of electron = F/M = {5 × 10^12} N/kg
