If two equal sides of a isosceles triangle is 13 cm and its perimeter is 36 cm , then find out the area of that isosceles triangle

assume base of the triangle x
2(13)+x=36
x=10
height if the triangle would be root of 144 (Pythagoras therum where 13 is hypotaneous )
height would be 12
area of the triangle will be
1/2×12×5+1/2×12×5
60
area will be 60
