Concept:

Time is measured in minutes or seconds. Time is irreversible in nature as the prsent add to the future events.

Given:

Two hens can lay two eggs in two minutes.

Find:

The total number of hen needed to get 500 eggs in 500 minutes.

Solution:

According to the problem,

2 eggs are layed in 2 minutes by 2 hens

1 egg is layed in 2 minutes by 2*2 hens

1 egg is layed in 1 minute by \frac{2*2}{2}=2

1 egg is layed in 500 minutes by 2*500

Thus, 500 egg is layed in 500 minutes by \frac{2*500}{500}=2 hens

Hence, 2 hens are needed to get 500 egg in 500 minutes.
