if two hundred joule of work must be done to move electric charge of 2 coulomb from a place where potential is -10volt to another place,where potential 'v' volt, find the value of 'v'​

We know that work done in any system is stored in form of negative of potential energy, so

      >> W= -ΔU                    ...........1

     >>     ΔU= q(ΔV)

     >>   ΔU=q(V[final]-V[initial])

     >>    ΔU =2{v-(-10)}  ...............2

from (1) & (2) we have

     200 = -[2{v-(-10)}]

       -100=v+10

        v=-90 (V)

Potential at another place is -90 volts
