If any two liquids are mutually soluble then those two liquids are known as miscible liquids.

Miscible means liquids get mixed to form a homogeneous mixture in all proportion but on the other hand, immiscible liquids are defined as opposite of miscible, as they don’t get mixed up.

Two liquids are mutually immiscible and mutually miscible.

For example, water is miscible in a variety of liquids but it is immiscible with oil.
