So, from the question we get that the masses are m and 27m. Hence, according to the equation we will be getting that 1/27=(R1/R2)^3 which on solving we will get R2=3R1.

Since, terminal velocity v1/v2=(R1/R2)^2 which is v1/v2 = 1/9. Since, from the question we get that v1=v and v2=nv. So, on solving we will get the value of n as 9.
