Let the two numbers be 3x and 4x
Hence,
HCF =x
        =4 (given)
therefore the numbers are 3*4=12
                                              4*4=16
Now we know that, HCF*LCM= 1st term* 2nd term
                                  4* LCM= 12*16
                                      LCM=12*4
                                      LCM=48
