The two objects are moving in a circular path, whose radius are in a ratio, 1:3.
- if the radius of the first object is 1x, then the radius of the second object is 3x.
- therefore the length about which the first object moves is =2πx.
- let the object 1 move with the speed v1.
- Now, the length about which the second object moves is =6πx
- And let the object 2 move with the speed v2.
- time t1=2πx/v1.
- time t2=6πx/v2.
- as the both time are equal,
t1=t2
2πx/v1=6πx/v2
v1/v2=1/3
Therefore, the ratios of their speeds is 1:3
