Opposite angles of a parallelogram are congruent
63 - 3x = 4x - 7 \\ 63 + 7 = 4x + 3x  \\ 70 = 7x \\ x =  \frac{70}{7}  \\ x = 10
therefore,
63 - 3x \\ 63 - (3  \times 10) \\ 33 \\ 4x - 7 \\ 4 \times 10 - 7 \\ 33
the sum of adjacent angles of a parallelogram is 180°.
33+y=180
y=147°
Therefore, Angles of parallelogram are 33°,147°,33°,147°.
Hope this helps you :)))
