Question :

If two opposite angles of a parallelogram are (5x - 65°) and (x + 15°), find the measure of all  the angles.

Given :

♣ Two opposite angles of Parallelogram = (5x - 65°) and (x + 15°)

Explanation :

Opposite angles of parallelograms are equal

Sum of all sides of a parallelogram = 180°

(5x + 65°) + (x + 15°) = 180°

5x + 65° + x + 15° = 180°

5x + x + 65° + 15° = 180°

6x + 80° = 180°

6x = 180° - 80°

6x = 100°

x = 100°/6

x = 16.666

1st adjacent side = (5x - 65°)

                             = [(5 × 16.666) - (65°)]

                             = 83.33° - 65°

                             = 18.33°

2nd adjacent side = (x + 15°)

                               = 16.666° + 15°

                               = 31.666

Regards :)
