hey friend

actually your answer is incomplete, ,,, but here is something for you

actually in parallelogram opposite angles are equal

=> 63 - 3x = 4x - 7

=> 4x + 3x = 7 + 63

=> 7x = 70

=> x = 70/7

=> x = 10

hope it helps you

in parallelogram opposite angles are equal and adjacent angles sum up to 180°

therefore
63 - 3x = 4x - 7
63 + 7 = 4x + 3x
70 = 7x
x = 10
